I understand what its like to have to sit through 2 hrs of homophobe jokes and Dick jokes to get your 5 min of open mike time. The Best thing we can do is come out and be a part of the Comedy Community. We can make the world laugh with up…If you are a comedian and you want to be listed as a gay comedian and know what’s going on or want to help the site by posting gay friendly comedy open mikes and club dates. Stand Up Contest

Calling all singers, comedians, drag acts, salons, chefs and bartenders - sign-up now for the 2nd Annual Gayborhood Games on September 18th. In a format similar to American Idol, the competitors perform live on stage and are rated by a panel of celebrity judges. Last year's event proved to be an exciting night of entertainment and this year promised to be no different. Many of the 2009 winning competitors will be back to retain their titles as "Best in the Gayborhood."

The event will be held at Voyeur Nightclub - 1221 St. James Street, Philadelphia. Doors will open at 8:00 p.m. with the show beginning at 9:00 p.m. Tickets will go on sale on August 1, 2010.
